To view the customer information associated with an inventoried service number:
In the Edit Inventoried Service Number window, click the Actions button and select View Customer.
OR
In the Service Number Search Results window, right-click on the desired service number and select View Customer.
OR
In the Reservation Search Results window, right-click on the desired reservation and select View Customer.
Note
You can only select View Customer, if the selected service number or reservation has an account number assigned to it.
This displays the Customer # window which lets you view and/or edit the customer information associated with this account.
