Treatment Batches

The Treatment Batches form can be used to view the history of every evaluation of a treatment workbook. Every time a treatment workbook is evaluated, either for a set of customers or an individual customer, a new history record is created. When a treatment script is run over a set of customers, the initial status of the result set is determined by the rules set up in the treatment configuration screen for that treatment job. If the treatment script is run for a single customer, the approval status is automatically set to "Approved" to avoid having to approve individual batches throughout the day.

To view history of treatment batches:

• From the Application menu, select Treatment Management > Treatment Batches.

  This displays the Treatment Batches form.

  

• In the Created box select a date range to view and click Refresh. The default is the past 30 days.

• Clear the Exclude Completed and Canceled Batches check box and click Refresh to display treatment batches of all statuses within the date range.

Shortcut Menu Options

The following functions are available from the Treatment Batches shortcut menu.

• Approve Batch - Selecting Approve Batch approves the selected batch. This option is only available for batches with the following combinations of Status and Approval.

  • Submitted and not Approved

  • In-Process and Pending Approval.

• Reject Batch - Selecting Reject Batch prevents the actions contained it the batch from being performed and changes its Status to Canceled and Approval setting to Rejected. This option is only available for batches with the following combinations of Status and Approval.

  • Submitted and not Rejected.

  • In-Process and Pending Approval.

• Cancel Remaining Actions - Selecting Cancel Remaining Actions cancels the items within the batch which have not yet been performed. This option is only available for batches with the Status of In-Process and are not Pending Approval.
