The Select Order window lets you create a new change order to add the line card to a service number or modify an existing order that is already associated with the service number.
The Select Order window contains the following information.
Create a new change order. | Click to use a new order to add the line card. |
Modify an existing order. | Click to include the line card in an existing order. |
Orders Only orders that have not been completed are displayed on this window. These orders are available for selection only if you selected the "Modify an existing order." option. | |
Order ID | Unique identifier of an existing order. |
Order Type | Type of the corresponding order ID. |
Order Status | Current status of the associated order. |
Order State | Additional information about the order status. |
Click Create a new change order.
OR
Click Modify an existing order and select the order you want to use for the line card.
Click Next. This displays the Select Route Actions window.
