The Select Route Actions window lets you tell the system what changes you are making to the line card's routes.

The Select Route Actions window contains the following information.

Line Card Type | Select the line card type from the drop-down list. |
Routes If you are creating a new order, the following routes are NOT displayed:

Route ID | Unique identifier of a route. A line card can have multiple routes. |
Service Address | Physical location where service is provided for the associated route. |
Action | Change to be made to this route. |
Note:
New service addresses must be created using the Service Address Association application before they are displayed on this window.
Select the order type if you are creating a new order.
Note:
If you are using an existing order, the order type cannot be changed.
Select the line card type to use for the routes.
Right-click an existing route to change that route.
OR
Right-click an existing route or in the Routes area and select New if you are adding a new route.
The shortcut menu contains the following options.
Leave Alone
Indicates that no changes are to be made to the selected route.
This option is available only for existing routes.
This is the default selection in the shortcut menu.
Remove
Removes a newly created route from the list.
This option is shown only for new routes and is available if that new route’s order has not been submitted.
Change
Action for the selected route switches to Change.
A Modify Address and Equipment page is displayed sequentially for each route with an Action of Change when you click Next.
Remove - Inactive
Action for the selected route switches to Remove-Inactive.
Upon committing the route changes, the route is disassembled and the equipment is returned to the inventory.
The route and all its associated equipment is noted as "Remove" on the order.
Remove - Left In
Action for the selected route switches to Remove - Left In.
The status of the equipment in equipment inventory changes to "Left In" which means the route is dissociated from the line card, but the equipment remains in place for the next customer that uses this services address.
The route and all its associated equipment is noted as "Remove" on the order.
New
Creates a new route for the line card. See New Route.
Note:
If you do not make any changes in line card type or routes, when you click Next, a message is displayed reminding you that you cannot continue until you have made a change.
