Search
Enter the domain name in the Name field, or leave the field empty to search for all domains. Then press Enter or click Search. Search results are displayed in the lower section of the page.

Editing a Domain
Click the Domain name link from the search results listing.
This displays the Domain information.

Click the edit icon
for the section you want to edit.
Domain fields
Your company and name fields are already populated.
Modify the Description (optional).
Click Save.
Domain Password Settings
These settings are predefined, unlike IDI platform security.
A user can change these values, but they must be compliant.
More restrictive values can be used, but if you attempt to enter a less restrictive value, the field is highlighted when you attempt to save, and must be corrected before proceeding.
Refer to Password field definitions for more information.
Make any changes to Password settings and click Save.
Allowed Authorization Providers
This section lets you manage Open Authentication Provider Accounts for Single Sign-on. See Support for OAuth Providers.
Use IP Allow List
This section lets you specify a pre-defined list of allowed IP addresses to restrict access to IDI web modules (Customer Care, Orders, Workflow, etc…). This helps ensure your employees or contractors are only accessing IDI environments from networks, work spaces, and computers that have proper security controls in place. See Restricting Access to IDI Environments by Allowed IP Addresses.
