Customers using OnlineBill Release 1.1 or higher may choose to offer subscribers the ability to view their Reward Point balance and history.

Legacy OnlineBill does not support viewing Reward Points information.
The following are instructions subscribers can see from OnlineBill FAQs:
Click Bill & Payment and select View Reward Points.
This table displays up to 18 months of Reward Point history.
The current Reward Points Balance includes points earned for the current billing period and Total Points Available as of the previous invoice date.
You can export your reward point history for use in another application, such as Microsoft Excel. The file is a text file (
.txt) and the fields are separated by semicolons (;).u.s.83222 - removed Reward Points icon.
