The Reservation Details window lets you cancel the detail, edit the service number, view the customer, and bulk cancel the details.
From the Reservation Search Results window, select a reservation and right-click to view the details. This displays the Reservation Details window for that reservation.
The Reservation Details window provides the following information:
Reservation ID
Limits the search to reservations made under this reservation identification number.
Status
Reservation status.
Detail Status
Reservation detail status.
Inventory
Name of the inventory.
Inventory Item
Item in inventory. For Service Number Inventory, it is the service number. For MIN Inventory, it is the MIN.
Reserved Date
Date the reservation was made.
Expiration Date
Date the reservation expires and the item becomes available.
Reserved By
Name of the user who made the reservation.
Account Number
Account number of the existing customer or prospect.
Name
Name of the subscriber associated with the account.
Company Name
Name of the company associated with the account.
Street 1
Street address of the individual or company listed as the subscriber for this account.
Street 2
Available for additional address information, if needed.
City / State / Zip
City, state, and postal zip code where the individual or company is located.
Country
Individual or company's country.
Phone Number
Contact's telephone number.
E-mail
Contact's E-mail address.
The Reservation Details window's submenu:
Cancel Detail | Cancels a single detail within the reservation. See Canceling Detail. |
Edit Service Number | Displays the edit window for the inventoried item, so that you do not have to return to a different search to display item. The text of this menu changes, depending upon the type of item reserved. See Editing an Inventoried Service Number. |
View Customer | Displays the Customer # window. Only available if the reservation is associated with an existing customer or prospect. See Viewing Customers. |

Bulk Cancel Details | Cancel all reservation details that are in the list. See Bulk Canceling Details. |
