This window is displayed when you perform a Product Search and more than one product matches the criteria.
Filtering Large Lists
If the list is very large, you can apply a filter to make the list more manageable. To do this:
Right click on a cell in the grid, for example a cell with None under Product Class, and choose Filter>
By Selection to include all rows with the selected filter criteria.
Excluding Selection to remove all rows with the selected filter criteria.
Repeat this process as many times as required until you have the list you want. For example, after filtering on None By Selection, you can filter Excluding Selection on Misc. under Product Category to leave a list with Product Class = None, Product Category = Accessories.
To revert to the complete list, choose Filter > Remove Filter.
Selecting a Product From the List
To select a product from the list, double-click the product's row, or right-click and choose Select.
