Orders and Task Plan Search

The Orders and Task Plan Search is used as a tool for debugging Execution Plans.

To access the Orders and Task Plan Search window:

1. From the Applications menu, select Customer Management > Orders by Task Plan Search. This displays the Orders and Task Plan Search window.

   

2. Enter the desired search criteria and click Search. The search results are displayed on the Orders and Task Plan Search Results window.

   

   The Orders and Task Plan Search Results window provides the following information:

   Plan Name	The name of the task plan.
   CV	A true or false value for the current version.
   Exec ID	The execution status ID.
   Date Started	The execution start date.
   Date Completed	The execution end date.
   Bill Cycle	The bill cycle status: monthly, bi-monthly, etc.
   Cust Acct Num	The customer account number.
   Account Status	The account status: Active, Disconnected, Suspended.
   Order ID	The Order ID.
   Order Type	The Order Type based on the search criteria entered.
   Order Status	The Order Status, assembling, completed, etc, based on the search criteria entered.
   Order State	The Order State, based on the search criteria entered.
   Change Date	The date the order or task plan was changed, if applicable.
   Days in State	The number of days in an order state.
   Create Date	The creation date.
   Est Completion Date	The estimated completion date, if applicable.
   Complete Date	The actual completion date.
   Description	A description of the order or task plan.
   User Name	The user name of the person who entered the order.
