Two Workflow triggers let you initiate a Workflow action when a provisioning request is created or modified. They’re used to provide notification when specific provisioning events occur, for example, when a request is in error. The Provisioning Request Created and Provisioning Request Modified triggers are under the Provisioning category in the gallery:
The triggers are essentially the same, except that one fires on creating a provisioning request, and the other fires on modifying a provisioning request. Below is an example of the Provisioning Request Modified trigger that initiates Send Communication Notification action when the request is in error.
