Selecting Starting Code Entries from a service's Properties submenu opens the Guided Assignment Starting Code Entries for that service. This window lists all the starting codes that have ever been used to create or change the service.

icon
The icon represents the current status of the root order and its related orders associated with the service.
Entry Date
The Entry Date is the date and time the Starting Code was used.
Entry User
The Entry User is the ID of the individual who entered or selected the Starting Code.
Starting Code
The Starting Code that was used.
Note
If the name of the Starting Code is changed after it was used for the service number, that new (current) name is displayed, not the original name used when it was first accessed.
Order ID
The Order ID is the order number that used this Starting Code.
Receipt Number
The Receipt Number is the POS receipt number for the order.
Description
The Description is the associated Starting Code's description.
Note
The same Starting Code may be used more than once on a service within the same order. Starting Codes are listed only once for each order unless you uncheck Hide duplicated entries within the same order.
