The Generic Notification wizard lets you generate letters for any type of notification you choose to set up. A letter template must be created for the generic notification wizard to work.

Select Backoffice Management > Customer Notifications > Generic Notification Wizard from the Application menu. This launches the wizard.

Select the Notification Type from the drop-down list and click Next. This displays the Select Template window.

Select the template from the drop-down list.

Select Delivery Method from the drop-down list.

Click Next. This displays the Data window.

If you want to further limit who receives the notification, right-click a row and Filter as necessary.

Click Finish.
