Note
The Credit Reports tab only appears on the customer record, if Credit Scoring is enabled in your Permission Profile (under Security > Profiles > Permission Profiles > Application > CostGuard Client).
If this functionality is enabled:

Click Customer Search on the Customer Management toolbar.

Enter the desired search criteria and click Search. The Customer Search window is updated with the search results.

Either double-click on the desired customer or right-click the desired customer and select View Customer. The customer record is displayed.

Click the Credit Reports tab.

Right-click anywhere in the data table, select New Credit Report, and select TransUnion from the submenu. Note: Experian and Equifax are no longer supported.
Note
You must be licensed to access a credit bureau and each credit bureau requires a separate license. The list displays only those credit bureaus that your company is licensed to access.
This displays the New Credit Report Request window for TransUnion.
