The E911 Batch Detail Search window allows you to find E911 information about each individual service number.
To perform a Batch Detail Search:
From the Applications menu, select BackOffice Management > E911 > E911 Batch Detail Search. This displays the E911 Batch Detail Search window.

The 911 Batch Detail Search window contains the following search criteria.
Address Information
Street Name
The street name from the service address.
Community Name
The community name from the service address.
State
The state designation from the service address
County ID
The 4-character identification of the county used by the ALI database.
Service Number
The customer's equal access service number
Status
Lists the possible statuses of E911 Batch Detail records.
Error: The E911 Batch Detail record encountered problems during creation.
Not Ready: The initial status of the E911 Batch Detail record.
Resent: The E911 file that includes the E911 Batch Detail has been generated more than once.
Sent: The E911 file that includes the E911 Batch Detail has been generated once.
Unsent: The E911 Batch Detail record is not in a batch that has been generated.
Check the Status(es) for your search.
E911 Function Code
The code that tells the ALI what to do with the record.
Insert: Adds the E911 Batch Detail record as a new service number/service address combination.
Change: Makes a change to an existing service number/service address combination.
Delete: Removes the service number/service address combination from the ALI database.
Unlock: Releases the service number for another carrier to maintain. Used when the service number is being ported out.
Migrate: Accepts the responsibility to maintain the service number belonging to a different carrier. Used when the service number is being ported in.
Create Date
From & To
The date that the E911 file was generated.
Enter a date(s) in the From and/or To field or select a date(s) from the calendar(s).
E911 Type of Service
The category of the Equal Access service to help direct the emergency call to the proper PSAP, such as Not FX nor Non-Pub, Non-Pub, Non-Pub FX in E911 serving area, etc.
E911 Class of Service
The kind of service that is making the emergency call, such as Residence, Business, Centrex, etc.
Once you have entered your search criteria, click Search. This displays the E911 Batch Detail Search Results window.
