The E911 Batch Detail Search Results window lists service numbers and their associated E911 Batch statuses.

The 911 Batch Search window displays the following search criteria.
Street Name | The street name from the service address. |
Community Name | The community name from the service address. |
State | The state designation from the service address. |
County ID | The county ID from the service address. This is usually a 4-character designation. |
Service Number | The Service Number to be sent to the E911 Provider. |
Status | The E911 Batch Detail Status. Error: The E911 Batch Detail record encountered problems during creation. Not Ready: The initial status of the E911 Batch Detail record. Resent: The E911 file that includes the E911 Batch Detail has been generated more than once. Sent: The E911 file that includes the E911 Batch Detail has been generated once. Unsent: The E911 Batch Detail record is not in a batch that has been generated. |
E911 Function Code | The code that tells the ALI what to do with the record. Insert: Adds the E911 Batch Detail record as a new service number/service address combination. Change: Makes a change to an existing service number/service address combination. Delete: Removes the service number/service address combination from the ALI database. Unlock: Releases the service number for another carrier to maintain. Used when the service number is being ported out. Migrate: Accepts the responsibility to maintain the service number belonging to a different carrier. Used when the service number is being ported in. |
E911 Class of Service | The kind of service that is making the emergency call, such as Residence, Business, Centrex, etc. |
E911 Type of Service | The category of the Equal Access service to help direct the emergency call to the proper PSAP, such as Not FX nor Non-Pub, Non-Pub, Non-Pub FX in E911 serving area, etc. |
Create Date | The date the E911 Batch Detail record was created. |
E911 Batch ID | The unique identifier of the E911 Batch associated with the detail record. |
Account Number | The customer's account number. |
Customer Name | The customer's name. |
House Number | The house or building number. |
House Number Suffix | The building number's suffix, such as 24B Main St. |
Direction Prefix | The directional indicator, such as N, S, NE, etc., that appears before the Street Name. |
Street Type | The type of thoroughfare of the Street Name, such as ST, AVE, LN, etc. |
Direction Suffix | The directional indicator, such as N, S, NE, etc., that appears after the Street Name. |
Location | Additional information about the physical location of the service address. |
Exchange | The 4-digit code for the central office that would normally supply the dial tone for the service address if the service number is an FX. |
ESN | The Emergency Service Number to which 911 calls are to be directed. |
Company ID | Your company's ID as provided by NENA. |
Source ID | Code that indicates whether data is part of the initial data base creation process or part of the daily update process. Daily update = blank, Initial Load = C |
Zip Code | The Zip Code of the service address. |
Zip Plus 4 | The additional four Zip Code digits of the service address. |
Customer Code | The code that uniquely defines the customer. |
TAR Code | The Taxing Area Rate Code associated with the service address. |
User ID | The ID of the individual who created the E911 Batch Detail record. |
Batch Detail ID | The unique identifier of the E911 Batch Detail record. |
If the E911 Batch Detail record you select has not yet been included in an E911 file, the E911 Batch Detail Search Results shortcut menu contains the following options.
View Customer | Opens the customer account record on the Summary tab. |
View Service | Opens the customer account record on the Catalog Items tab with the service number highlighted. |
Refresh | Updates the E911 Batch Detail Status. |
If the E911 Batch Detail record you select has been included in an E911 file, the E911 Batch Detail Search Results shortcut menu contains the following options.
Resubmit | Adds the previously sent E911 Batch Detail record to the most recent E911 Batch that has not been generated. |
Resubmit With Function Code As | Adds the previously sent E911 Batch Detail record to the most recent E911 Batch that has not been generated with the Function Code you select. Insert: Adds the E911 Batch Detail record as a new service number/service address combination. Change: Makes a change to an existing service number/service address combination. Delete: Removes the service number/service address combination from the ALI database. Unlock: Releases the service number for another carrier to maintain. Used when the service number is being ported out. Migrate: Accepts the responsibility to maintain the service number belonging to a different carrier. Used when the service number is being ported in. |
Resubmit All Records | Adds the E911 Batch Detail records currently on the data table to the most recent E911 Batch that has not been generated. You may limit the records by using the Filter functions. |
View Customer | Opens the customer account record on the Summary tab. |
View Service | Opens the customer account record on the Catalog Items tab with the service number highlighted. |
Refresh | Updates the E911 Batch Detail Status. |
