Duplicate POS Service: Setup and Configuration

In Admin Console you can configure the number of duplicate services that will be allowed from POS.

1. Access: Admin Console > Business Rules / Local Services / CostGuard Services /.../ POS

2. Enter the maximum number of duplicate services that you wish to allow.

   • Default value is 10; minimum is 2; maximum you can enter is 20

   • This number will be enforced when services are duplicated during a POS Make Sale or Make Sales Request.
