Service Number

Enter the entire service number. Only exact matches are returned.

If a wildcard character is entered, an error message is displayed which may result in the searching of all Services (Active and Disconnected), and search results may contain multiple matches.

Account Number

Enter the entire account number. Only exact matches are returned.

Customer Name

Yes

The wildcard characters (* and %) are allowed in this field. Wildcard characters can be entered anywhere within the associated text field. At least one non-wildcard character is required.

If the value entered consists only of a wildcard character, then the message Please specify the search criteria is displayed. This is the same as the message that is displayed on the current search screen under the same circumstances.

The Customer Name field of all accounts is searched and any account that matches the entered value is returned.

Search Using Full Customer Information

First Name

If neither First and Last Name, or Company Name is entered, the system provides the following error message: Either the First and Last Name, or Company Name must be provided.

Middle Initial
