Using Auto Run, the Work Plan is started as soon as the Order is submitted. The following criteria must be met before they can be combined.
Each Service Number must be of the same Service Type, such as Equal Access or Centrex.
The Service Type/Order Type combination must have only one Work Plan Template associated with it in Product Catalog.
Auto Run must be enabled on that Service Type/Order Type combination in Product Catalog.
If the criteria are met, when the Order is submitted, the system sets the status of the first Task in the Work Plan to "In Progress."
If the Task Type is Manual, the Task is added to that group's or individual's list of Tasks.
If the Task Type is InfoScript, the designated script is run.
If the Task Type is Task Plan, the system starts the Task Plan.
