You may need to dissociate a Work Plan from an Order Type for a Service Type.
To Remove a Work Plan:

From the Applications menu, select Product Management > Product Catalog.

Open the various folders until the list of Service Types is displayed.

Right-click on the Service Type and select Work Plans. The Select Work Plans window is displayed.

Right-click on the Order Type and select Remove Plans. All Work Plans associated with that Order Type are deleted.

Close the Select Work Plans for service type window to return to the Product Catalog lists.
