You can specify to add the product’s entries to either the top or the bottom of the phone book. On the Phone Book tab, select Top or Bottom from the Add New Entries To drop-down menu (upper right corner).

Top/Bottom Rules When Adding Multiple Special Numbers
For products with multiple special numbers, entries are added to the top or bottom in the order dictated by their assigned rank. For example, if the product is configured to add entries at the top, the highest ranked entry (Rank = 0) is placed at the top of the phone book. The next highest entry (Rank = 1) is placed in the second position, and so on.
If the product is configured to add entries at the bottom of the phone book, the lowest rank entry (for example Rank = 2) is placed at the bottom of the phone book. The next lowest entry (for example Rank = 1) is placed one position up from the bottom, and so on.
Also, when placing entries at the bottom, if there is not room to add the lowest ranked entry (Rank = 2 in the above example), the next lowest ranked entry for which there is room will be added at the bottom. For example, if there is room for two, the entry ranked 1 would be added to the bottom and the entry ranked 0 would be added above 1. If there is room for only one, the entry ranked 0 would be added to the bottom.
When adding multiple products and all are configured to add entries to the top of the phone book, each successive product will move the entries for the previously added product down in the phone book the number positions equal to the number of entries in the product being added. The last product to be added will have its entries placed on top according to rank.
The same rule applies when adding multiple products configured to add entries to the bottom of the phone book, except that each successive product moves the previously added product’s entries up in the phone book.
