Adding or Editing an Assignment Template

To add or edit an Assignment Template:

   
1.        

   Access the Assignment Templates list. (See Accessing Assignment Templates.)

      
   
2.        

   To add a new assignment template, right-click within the list and select New.

          

   OR

          

   To edit an existing assignment template, right-click the template you want to change and select Edit.

          

   This opens the Add (or Edit) Assignment Template window.

          

   

          
                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                               

   Name	Name of the assignment template. Maximum characters: 50. Enter the name of the assignment template.
   ID	System-defined numerical identifier of the assignment template rule.
   Category	Category is used to group browse tags for the rule.
   Minimum	Minimum number of catalog items the assignment template rule requires during the sale. (For more information, see Adding or Editing an Assignment Template Rule.)
   Maximum	Maximum number of catalog items that the assignment template rule allows during the sale. (For more information, see Adding or Editing an Assignment Template Rule.)
   Required Browse Tags	Browse tags used to limit the catalog items to be selected during a sale in OnlineAgent or a quote in Sales Central.

   Enter or change the Name of the assignment template. Maximum characters: 50.

   Click Apply to save the information and keep the window open to make modifications.

          

   OR

          

   Click Save to save the information and close the window.

   Add a new assignment template rule or edit an existing rule. See Adding or Editing an Assignment Template Rule.
