Adding a Subservice Via the Add Services Function

Click the Add Service icon to display the Add Service dialog on the right side of the page. Then click the Subservices option to display a list of eligible parent Services grouped by Service Type.

Note

If the account does not have any eligible Services the list will be empty.

Selecting a Parent displays the list of Available Subservices.

From here you can either select a Subservice or click the red X to unselect the selected parent Service. On selecting a Subservice, if it has no required fields to be defined, the Subservice is added directly to the Order Items list under the Parent.

If the selected Subservice requires additional information, those fields are displayed in a new pane to the right.

As with adding Services, at this point you may continue to add more Subservices, or edit and otherwise manage a selected Subservice as needed. To edit/manage a Subservice, select it from the Order Items list on the left to display the Details pane. See Working with Service Details.
