Adding a Dependent Account to a Corporate Account

Note

All customer accounts in a corporate account hierarchy must be in the same bill cycle and market.

1. Select a parent account in the Corporate structure.

2. Right-click on the account and select New Child.

   Note

   You cannot add accounts that have already been assigned to a different account.

3. Enter the customer account number.

4. Click OK.

5. Repeat until you have added all the accounts at that level. You can add as many accounts as is required.
