The Corporate Accounts application is available as a separate, licensable function in customer care. This function lets you set up a hierarchical reporting structure of usage, invoice, and remittance information that may be required by your larger business customers. Your customer receives two primary benefits from Corporate Accounts:
the ability to manage their telecommunication budget by division
the consolidation of their accounts payable efforts
With Corporate Accounts, you can set up an account so that different groups within the company receive either invoices and reports, or only reports.
Examples:
Information about departmental usage can be sent to the various divisions and/or branches, with a single invoice for all divisions and/or branches sent to headquarters.
Actual invoices can be sent to the customer’s various divisions and/or branches, with a summary report sent to the corporate headquarters.
Some divisions can receive invoices, while other divisions receive only reports of their usage, and headquarters receive only summary information.
