Actions

All windows in the Suspend, Hotline, Redirect and Restore Wizards provide an Actions button that lets you perform the following functions at any time during the wizard:

• Edit the order information for this order, without having to click < Back several times to reach the Order Information window. To do this:

  1. Click Actions and select Edit Order. This displays the Edit Order window, which contains the same information as the Order Information window in this wizard.

     Note

     This option is not available from the Order Information window.

• View any errors associated with this order. To do this:

  1. Click Actions and select View Errors. All errors pertaining to this order are displayed in a separate window.

• View the address and service information received from the local exchange carrier in response to a pre-order. To do this:

  1. Click the Actions button and select View PreOrder Response.
