The Retails Products - Behavior tab contains the following information.
Override Phone Book | Overrides the maximum number of phone book entries as specified by a service's product catalog entry. (See New Service - Behavior Tab)

Use Decimal Quantity | This supports the ability to specify a decimal quantity (e.g. 1.5) for a retail product on web-based retail transactions. For example, you may need to bill for professional services to the closest quarter hour. If a technician is on site for 1-3/4 hours, prior to this enhancement, you would have to create a product that represents the lowest denomination (in this case, 15 minutes), and then enter a quantity of 7 to equal 15 minutes x 7 = 105 minutes. This requires you to perform a manual calculation which can increase the risk of data entry error and result in a negative experience for all parties. The ability to enter a decimal quantity for a retail product provides a cleaner solution for this billing scenario. Now you can create a product that represents one hour and enter the decimal quantity on the order that equates to the time spent on the job (in this case 1.75 = 1-3/4 hours). Use Decimal Quantity cannot be used when the product is set up as on Main tab):
