CoreLogic Address validation at the township level - For carriers that use Core Logic Address validation, new functionality in the IDI Desktop Client > BackOffice Management lets you enable/disable address validation at the township level.

New options related to flat fee taxes are available when adding/editing a tax in the IDI Desktop Client Tax Management.

These options apply when the Per-line Tax option is not selected. If Per-line Tax is selected these options are ignored.
The Flat Fee options are available on the Rates and Tiers tab on the Add/Edit Tax form (Tax Management > View > Taxes).

E911 Setup support for multiple E911 companies - The E911 Company and E911 Company OCN Links tables in Admin Console Data Management lets you set up multiple E911 companies. Typically, just one company is required per IDI environment; however, multiple E911 companies may be needed to support mergers, acquisitions, and such. See E911 Companies and E911 Company OCN Links.

Dynamic Charge Products - When configuring a Dynamic Charge in the IDI Desktop Client Product Catalog, and the Dynamic Charge Type = Charge, the Dynamic Charge configuration wizard lets you choose to include zero charge Contributing and/or Eligible products. These wizard pages have new check box: Include zero charge products. This option defaults to not selected by default (do not include zero charge products).

Support for OFAC (Office of Foreign Assets Control) - Credit provider integration has been enhanced to retrieve Transunion’s OFAC Name Screen optional add-on report (6800) and parse the results. For service providers that use TransUnion as their credit checking agent, the OFAC screen name alert returns an OFAC notification on a subscriber’s credit report when their name matches a name on the U.S Department of Treasury’s Specially Designated Nationals (SDN) list. Decimal quantities on retail products - The Add/Edit Retail Product form in the IDI Desktop Client Product Catalog has a new Use Decimal Quantity setting on the Behavior tab. This supports the ability to specify a decimal quantity (e.g. 1.5) for a retail product in retail transactions initiated via the web-based Order module or Customer Care.
For example, you may need to bill for professional services to the closest quarter hour. If a technician is on site for 1-3/4 hours, prior to this enhancement, you would have to create a product that represents the lowest denomination (in this case, 15 minutes), and then enter a quantity of 7 to equal 15 minutes x 7 = 105 minutes. Having to perform this manual calculation may increase the risk of data entry errors and result in a negative experience for all parties.

Prorated product dynamic charge enhancement
The Dynamic Charge wizard in the Product Catalog provides a new Prorated Product Charge option (similar to the existing Charge option) that supports prorating for items with a dynamic (sliding scale) price. This lets you account for mid-period changes and prorate the charge for a product based on the active features throughout the month. For example, you can dynamically calculate in arrears the charge for a data package where the price is based on the quantity of specific SKUs on an account across services. The calculation takes into account proration for adds and disconnects done throughout the bill period.
