Include Disconnected Services on Location Search - When doing a Location Search, there is an option to include disconnected services in the search results. This option is unchecked (do not include disconnected services) by default. Also, a column has been added to display the Disconnect Date of services in the grid of results with matches on the Location tab.

Equipment Type – new property Enforce Equipment Status when Open Tickets (Y/N). This lets users set the status of Equipment with open Tickets against it. When assignment(s) are removed for a piece of equipment that allows for reassignment, if there are open Tickets on the Equipment and this property is checked, the Equipment will go to Not Available status.
