You may need to void a transaction that has already been submitted to the IDI platform , due to an error, or an incorrect type of transaction. "Unprocessed" and "Unprocessed One Time" transactions can be voided while they continue to have one of those statuses.
To void an unprocessed transaction:
Right-click on the transaction you would like to void and select Void.
Notes:
Transactions that show “Unprocessed” or "Unprocessed One Time" in the Status field can be voided. Both Authorize.NET and Shift4 allow an "Approved" transaction to be voided.
Authorize.NET allows you to void a transaction in real-time as long as the transaction has not been "settled."
