To view errors for an order:
From the Orders tab, right-click on the desired order and select View Errors. This displays the Errors for Order # window.
Clearing Errors
To clear an error:
Right-click on the desired error and select Clear Error. The error is removed from the Errors for Order # window.
Note
Two types of errors may be displayed, “Basic Validation” and “Manual Intervention”. “Basic Validation” errors cannot be modified. “Manual Intervention” errors can be modified.
