The View Associated Usage Items opens the Usage Detail window if the usage is wireline usage or the Wireless Usage Detail window if the usage is wireless. Only usage records associated with the adjustment are displayed in the usage detail window. (See Wireline Usage Details or Wireless Usage Details)
An icon reflects the current status of the usage record:
A green check mark means the account has been or will be charged for the usage.
A yellow check mark means the usage item has been disputed.
A green check mark means the account has been or will be charged for the usage.
A yellow check mark means the usage item has been disputed.
A red X means the item has been credited.
