To view a list Error Files:
From the Applications menu, select Clearinghouse Management > CIBER > Errors. A list of error files is displayed in the Files - Errors data table.
The Files - Errors data table contains the following information.
File name
The name of the error file which consists of the name of the original file plus an extension of
.error.Process Date
The date the Error file was processed by the IDI Clearinghouse Service
File Type
The type of file: Error.
Records
The total number of records in the file (not including the headers and trailers).
Amount
The total monetary value contained in the records.
Duration
The total duration of usage in the file.
# Batches
The number of different batches in the file.
