You can view the customer details for the customer associated with a particular TPV request from the Third Party Verification Request Search Results window:
Right-click the desired TPV request and select View Customer.
This displays the Customer # window for that customer. From here, you can perform any of the functions you have permission to perform from the Customer # window, as described in other sections of this user guide.
