User Properties

1st Column

• A yellow check mark indicates an expiration date that has passed.

• A green check mark indicates a future expiration date.

• A red X indicates an expired or disabled user account.

  You can right-click a user in this table and select Disable, which changes the icon to a red X.

“L” column

This column displays locked user accounts. A lock icon is displayed if a user has tried to log in more than the number of times with an incorrect password as set up in Configuration Console. Beyond that number, the login will fail even with the correct password.
Minimum requirement for PCI Compliance: 6 failed login attempts

To reset the lock, someone with “permission to” rights to Admin Console must log in, right-click on the locked record and select Unlock to unlock the user.

User Name

The login name of the user. Click to view the Users window.

Full Name

Displays the full name of the user.

Description

Displays a description of who the user is.

Activated

Displays the date the user's permissions became active.

Expires

Displays the date the user account expires.
Null means it never expires.

Available

True: Indicates that this user is eligible for auto-assignment (if they are assigned to a group).

Note

This only applies if the user is logged in.

False: Indicates that this user is not eligible for auto-assignment (if they are assigned to a group).
