The Unit Balance window shows the unused portion of applied discounts for a selected service number. Unit balances are listed by discount category. Each row indicates the remaining units for the category, and the expiration date for those units.
Refining the View
Service Number - Use the Service drop-down menu to select the service number.
Catalog Item - Use the Catalog Item drop-down menu (plan or package) to filter the category list based on plans or packages. The default is to show all Catalog Items. Selecting a catalog item limits the list to only those categories that include the selected item.
Show Expired Units - Use this check box to show or hide expired units.
Showing Unit Balance Details
From the Unit Balance window you can display the unit balance details for a selected category in a ledger-style presentation. To do this:

Select the service number from the upper left drop-down menu.
Note
When this window is opened from the service tab, the service number for the selected service is already selected in this menu.

Select the applicable Catalog Item from the drop-down menu.This populates the list based on the selected item. The default is all catalog items.

Select the row corresponding to the category.

Right-click and select View Unit Balance Ledger.
