Select one of the following Volume Units from the list:
Number of Events (such as the number of DA calls or number of messages)
Minutes
Currency (dollar amounts)
Quantity (used by dynamic products to charge the customer based on quantity of consumption reported by usage records)
Note
If this is a Tiered Group Discount, the Volume Units is pre-populated with "Active Services" and cannot be changed.
Loyalty Units are displayed for loyalty discounts.
