Roaming agreement does not exist, call falls outside loadable window.
Common Cause
This roaming agreement (“Serving SID-Home SID” in CDMA; “Serving PMN-Home PMN” in GSM) is unknown to RateBill and this call is too old [according to the “Ignore overlaps older than X days" setting].
Common Resolution(s)
Actions you can take to resolve the problem:
If the call start time of this usage record indicates that it is in fact too old to be billed, it can be left alone (it will eventually age and no longer be visible) - or it can be purged immediately if desired.
If this rarely occurs, the CDR may be bad or malformed. If so, it can be left alone (it will eventually age and no longer be visible) - or it can be purged immediately if desired.
Consider contacting BCT to change the “Ignore overlaps older than X days" setting.
Details
There is a ‘loadable window’ when loading usage, which causes the system to ignore any roaming agreements that have been disconnected before the “X days ago” setting. This allows the system to perform efficiently by not clogging up RateBill caches with roaming agreements that should never see any more usage, because they have been disconnected for a healthy length of time. In this case there are 2 problems – (1) no roaming agreement with this Serving SID-Home SID (or Serving PMN-Home PMN) has been active during the past X days and (2) the call start time of this usage is older than X days.
