Separate Breakout for Specific Services in Circuit Charge Detail XML

The Circuit Charge Detail invoice optional XML report has been enhanced to provide a separate breakout for services that are identified by a configurable Product Catalog group.

Note:

The report will continue to only include services with a base service type of dedicated.

To enable this functionality a Catalog Group ID must be set up in the Settings table in Admin Console > Data Management.

The report will then provide an additional service group breakout for services associated to the Catalog Group. A service group sub-section will be added in the following sections:

• Recurring Charges <circuit_recurring_charges>

• Non-Recurring Charges <circuit_nonrecurring_charges>

• OCC Charges <circuit_occ_charges>

The charges in the new sub-sections will be sorted alphabetically by charge description, then by service number. Service information will be included for each charge.

Setup

In Admin Console > Data Management > Settings add new rows for Circuit_Charge_Detail_Service_Group. In the Add Setting dialog, enter the following:

• Major Key: XML_Invoice

• Minor Key: Circuit_Charge_Detail_Service_Group

• Occurrence: Enter an integer (e.g. 1)

• Data Value: Enter the Catalog Group ID (from Catalog Groups table in Data Management)

Note:

A stylesheet change is needed to include the new sections on the PDF.
