The RealTime Provisioning service allows your company to send order requests to your provisioning company on a real-time basis. To accomplish this, the system needs to know which provisioning companies you are using, the order processor, and the specific settings these companies need to provision your customers.
Provisioning Companies are those companies that supply the service you sell to your customers. The IDI platform needs to know the information that must be passed to your provisioning company to ensure correct and timely provisioning.
The provisioning companies entered here populate the Prov. Company drop-down list for Products, Packages, Pricing Plans, and AdvancePay Products.
