You need to add your provisioning company to the system, enter the general settings, set up the specific configuration for the order processor, and start the service.
Adding a Provisioning Company
To add a provisioning company:
Click on the plus sign (+) to the left of RealTimeProvisioning.
Click on the plus sign (+) to the left of the server that the service has been installed on, such as ServerNameRealTimeProvisioning.
Double-click on the Provisioning Companies folder. The Provisioning Companies window is displayed.

Enter a Provisioning Company name and click Add to add the company. A folder with that name and three sub-folders are added to the Provisioning Companies tree.
Provision Company Settings
Once the Provisioning Company has been added, the Settings folder is available.
Double-click the Settings folder. The Settings window is displayed.

The Settings window contains the following information.
Order Timeout (days)
Enter the number of days the system should wait for a reply from the provision company.
Unsolicited order task plan
Enter the name of the task plan to be used if your company did not send a request for service, but an order is received from the provisioning company.
Order Processor
Select the name of your order processor from the drop-down list.
Log Folder
Enter the entire path where the logs are to be located.
CIC
Enter your company's CIC.
Local
Selecting this check box tells the system that the associated Provisioning Company is supplying Local Service information.
Click Save to save the configuration. A sub-folder is added to the tree.
