Purchase Order Number Search

You can search to locate any orders or service order line items associated with a specific PON.

Perform an Order Search for PON

1. From the Applications Menu, access Customer Management > Order Search. The Order Search window is displayed.

   

2. To make this an Order Search, be sure that the Order radio button is selected.

3. Enter the Purchase Order Number that you are searching for in the PON field.

   Note

   Wildcards can be used.

4. Enter any additional information with which to search. Refer to Order Search for details.

5. Click Search to continue.

   Here's an example of a search for PON VSL_T1.

   

   One order is associated with the PON that was searched.

Perform an Order Line Item Search for PON

1. From the Applications Menu, access Customer Management > Order Search. The Order Search window is displayed.

2. To make this a Line Order Search, select the Order Line Item radio button.

3. Enter the Purchase Order Number that you are searching for in the PON field.

   Note

   Wildcards can be used.

4. Enter any additional information with which to search. Refer to Order Search for details.

5. Click Search to continue.

   Here's an example of a order line item search for PON ABC_T1.

   

   Note that two line items on one order are associated with the PON that was searched.
