You can use Price Quote to look up the price of a product for a customer.
You can also use Price Quote to provide a customer with a written quote showing the cost of a potential purchase. You enter all the products the customer plans to buy, then print a price quote showing the total amount due if the customer decides to make the purchase at a later time.
Price Quote works the same way as Make Sale, but does not create an actual purchase transaction. No customer data is captured and you can only produce a Price Quote document.
