Before roaming usage can flow through the system for Outcollects and Incollects, the following must be performed in the IDI platform:
Setting up proper permissions
Configuring IDI Clearinghouse Service
Adding the appropriate cellsites to the system
Importing SID and SID NPA line range information (CDMA/TDMA)
Maintaining SIDs
Entering PMN information (GSM)
Setting up Roaming Agreements
Configuring folder Limit-To
Creating Roaming Agreements
Creating Pricing Plans
Setting up an Outcollect Billing Cycle
Once these preliminary steps have been taken, you can begin using the system for Roaming. That includes:
Setting up Roaming Partners
Assigning a Roaming Agreement specification to the Roaming Partner
Assigning Pricing Plan to Roaming Agreement specification or Roaming Partner as appropriate. If your company (Company SID or Home SID) has multiple agreements containing different rates with the same Roaming Partner (Partner SID), you need to assign the Pricing Plans to the Roaming Agreement specifications.

Managing information associated with the clearinghouse
Viewing reports
