If at any time during this sale you lack the information needed to complete it, you may save the information you've entered to date and place the order on hold. This is done via the Make Sale window. To do this:
Click Cancel in the current window to return focus to the Make Sale window.
From the Actions menu select Save Order.

This opens the Specify Order Hold Reason window.
Select an On Hold reason from the drop-down menu.
Click OK.
Clicking Cancel closes the Specify Hold Reason window and returns you to the Make Sale window without placing the order on hold.
