The Usage Search window lets you search for usage summaries (for wireless) or usage details (for wireline) based on search criteria. To perform a usage search:
From the Customer window menu bar select Account > Usage Search. This displays the Usage Search window.
Enter the search criteria.
Desired Usage
Billed Usage
(one bill period)Select to view usage that was billed during the specified billing period.
Unbilled Usage
(one bill period)Select to view usage that has not been billed yet (current billing period).
Filter Options
Usage Class
Select Wireline or Wireless from the drop-down list.
Bill Period
Select a bill period from the drop-down list.
If you started this search from the Usage Summary window, the Bill Period field is already populated.
Note
This option is disabled for Unbilled Usage searches.
Service Number
Lets you limit the usage view to a specific service. Select the service number from the drop-down list.
If you started this search from the Usage Summary window, the Service Number field is already populated.
Usage Type
Lets you limit the usage view to a specific usage type. Select the usage type from the drop-down list.
From/To Date
Lets you limit the usage view to a specific time period. Check the boxes and enter the beginning and ending dates of the time period.
Account Code
Lets you limit the usage view to a specific account code. Enter the account code.
Click Search. This displays the either the Wireline Usage Details or Wireless Usage Summary, depending on the selected usage class. Other results may also vary depending on selected criteria.
