Customer Care lets you monitor E-Rate funding on an account via the Billing > E-Rate Funding option in the Customer menu.
The E-Rate Funding page lists all FRNs for an account.
Links in the Service Number column take you to the Summary page for the service. A new E-Rate badge on this page indicates the service is associated to an FRN. This is helpful when you navigate to the page by some means other than the FRN.
The same badge is displayed when you select a service on the Services and Features page.
Links in the FRN column take you to the FRN Detail view in the Product Catalog.
You can view the E-Rate discount contributed by an FRN for a bill period via the Invoice Summary and Details view in Customer Care. In the left panel, click the Discount link under My Charges. Any E-Rate discounts for the account will be listed along with other discounts as may be applicable in the right panel.
