Making Service Number Reservations

The Reserve Service Number Wizard guides you through the steps required to reserve one or more service numbers. Service numbers can be reserved for 30 days.

To make a service number reservation:

1. Click Applications > Inventory Management > Service Number Inventories > Search Inventories. This displays the Service Number Inventory Search window.

2. Select Service Numbers as the Search Results Type.

3. Enter the desired search criteria and click Search. This displays the Service Number Search Results window.

4. Right-click on the service number you want to reserve and select Reserve.

   Note

   In order to reserve a service number, its inventory status must be set to Available.

   This launches the Reserve Service Number Wizard and displays the Select Reservation Method window.

   

5. Select one of the following options:

   • Reserve service number(s) for an existing customer/prospect or existing reservation

   • Reserve service number(s) by contact information
