If you choose to reserve the numbers by contact information, the Reservation Contact Information window is displayed. It is important to fill in as many fields as possible, because you may need to search for these reservations from either the Reservation Search window or within the order entry wizards.
The Reservation Contact Information window provides the following input fields:
First/Last Name | Name of the subscriber associated with the reservation. |
Company Name | Name of the company associated with the reservation. |
Street 1 | Street address of the individual or company listed as the subscriber for this reservation. |
Street 2 | Available for additional address information, if needed. |
City / State / Zip | City, state, and postal zip code where the individual or company is located. If the invoice is to be sent to different city, enter the correct billing information. |
Country | Individual or company's country. |
Phone Number | Phone number of the contact. |
E-mail of the contact. |
