A customer may come into the store to make a bill payment. During that transaction, he may decide to make a purchase. You can easily switch to the Make Sale window from the Bill Payment window.
Click Make Sale on the Bill Payment window. This displays the Make Sale window for your customer. The window already includes a line item for the bill payment.
Continue with the sale. The Total Due includes the amount of the Bill Payment.
