Lists can be used to set up a POD property definition as a drop down menu. Some lists are provided as standard (Global), and you can add custom (User-defined) lists as needed. To access, select MANAGE > Lists. This displays all global Lists (globe icon ) and any user-defined Lists (person icon) currently configured in your system. If you have a large number of Lists, you can use the search tool to find the one you’re looking for.

To add a new List, click + NEW LIST then specify the Name, select the Type (data type such as integer, date & time, text, etc…), and then add Options (properties) as needed. All properties will be of the selected data type. You can use the Active setting to toggle the state of the List to Active/Inactive as needed. Only Active user-defined Lists are avaiable for selection when you configure a POD property definition. Global Lists are always available.

You can edit an existing user-defined List by clicking the List name. You can view the content of a global List, but you are not permitted to edit.
